The Timbers on Blackwell Creek is an assisted living and memory care community located in Marble Hill, Georgia. Positioned among mountain trees and creeks with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it is the first assisted living and memory care community in the area and operates as a locally owned and operated facility.

The community offers assisted living services for residents who need help with daily activities such as getting out of bed, dressing, bathing, and medication management. For residents with cognitive impairments including Alzheimer's disease and dementia, the community provides specialized memory care with trained caregivers and staff in a nurturing environment that includes all assisted living services plus additional support.

The Timbers on Blackwell Creek also provides short-term respite care for seniors transitioning from hospital care or facing temporary situations. Respite care residents have access to furnished apartments and the same meals provided to full-time residents.
