I just go to the community as a visitor but i love the atmosphere at Timberlake. I am always greated with a smile and friendly conversation and the staff is always so helpful with anything that i have ever asked for.

What difference Timberlake Support Living has made my life great compare to where I once was. Friendlier, caring, go out of their way for what the Residence needs are. Weither needs or just to listen. REALLY LISTEN! NOT BEING BLOWN OFF! THE PLACE IS FRIENDLY, STAFF GREETS RESIDENCE WITH A FRIENDLY SMILES OR SAIDS YOUR NAME AS PASSING. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD AND SO MUCH THAT SOMETIMES I HAVE SOME TO TAKE BACK TO MY APARTMENT . THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST AND YOU KNOW IT BY THE WARM FEELING OF HOME. IM VERY BLESSED TO BE IN SUCH A HAPPY PLACE. SHERRIE BORS

This community has made some great changes in the last few months! The staff is friendly and takes great care on the residents. And a lot of updates have recently been done to the building.

Lack of staff availability for the residents. Their menu needs to be evaluated by a nutritionist. The quality and nutritional value of the food served is seriously questionable. For the amount of money these seniors have to pay there should be allowences for dietary issue alternatives available for those with medical related dietary issues. Instead they are told this isn't a restraunt if you don't like it, don't eat it; not with standing they CAN'T eat it for health reasons.
