This place never likes to answers the phone. My son libes there and wont recommend this place. Nursing staff is good but the aids dont like to do their jobs. As well as other departments. Food is terrible. They need to improve some issues. Of course you dont answer the phone so you can get the help. I sure hope the new owners fix some issues for their patients Family ca

If I could no star I would came in and it reeked of urine and people walking around bare foot while I could visibly see a puddle of pee I would not take my loved one here .

its so wild, i watched them rush barbers out after shaving certain residents bald just to turn around and give this family a tour, telling them that they take the residents OUT to the barber. every aid that i met was extremely hard working, it was their boss blowing things out of proportion and not dealing with things correctly.
