Thrive is such a place that feels like family and just a phenomenal place of business. Staff is friendly and everyone is so joyful and really care about the person !!!! To single out one person it will be Sharon Norsworthy she is such a joy to talk to so professional in everything she does. She so knowledgeable and does everything in excellence.

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at Thrive at Augusta, and I was genuinely impressed. Having worked in senior living for many years, I tend to notice the little things…how team members interact with residents, the energy in the community, and whether a place truly feels warm and welcoming.<br><br>Thrive at Augusta has a wonderful atmosphere, but what stood out most was the team. The care, hospitality, and genuine connection with residents were evident throughout my visit. It’s a beautiful community filled with people who clearly care about creating a great experience for those who live there.

I volunteer with Regency Hospice and we look forward to coming to Thrive once a month for Veterans Cafe. Staff and residents are such a pleasure to be around.

Wonderful visit and very friendly staff. Sharon Norsworthy had a great personality and answered all our concerns & questions. We also found Thrive to be very clean and well kept.
