Every single person that I have worked with at Theracare has been wonderful and kind, but especially Kiersten. I believe that she has gone above and beyond what is expected for patient care, and I don’t know how I would have navigated this journey without her kindness and support. My mom is her patient and she absolutely lights up when she knows she’ll be seeing her. For me, that is priceless because every little light in her world is so important.

Kelli Garrett w/ the Conroe location is by far the most professional and knowledgeable PT that my husband, Eddy, has had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowledgeable about the different muscles and provides written info to him for explanations. She is always on time and has such a positive attitude and great spirit about her job. We are absolutely pleased with her work. She always has a positive attitude and very encouraging to Eddy. She does different exercises with him each visit and therefore he does not get bored with his workouts. Your company is very blessed to have her.

Absolutely the best staff. The nurses are incredible. Kirsten is the absolute sweetest and she makes us laugh so much. She treats you like family and not just another patient. Anytime I have a question she is just a phone call or text away and she always gets back to me quickly. I couldn’t be happier with them and how they treat my dad. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for spectacular care from a home health group.
