My mom fell twice was bleeding internally due to mishandling of Coumadin level 158 or near to they took her pillows I bought gave to other patients not answering lights did not notify family of change in pts condition found my mother having pursed lip breathing when visited had a bedsore when she was ambulatory with assist roommate notified staff of change in pts condition nothing done horrible place . Bathroom filthy roommate also passed away 5 months later . Nursing staff sitting at desk majority of time male charge nurse watching football on tv tried to get hold of owner with no answer I was a nurse over 20 years and have not seen such neglect food a dog would not eat horrible not listening o family complaints. No dr ever seen or heard from . My mom passed away after being there 40 days approx she had fallen and broke hip at home. Left leg with pitting edema told them they needed to keep it elevated and they said they didn’t have enough leg supports for wheelchair could only find one at a time physical therapy had Rottweiler as a therapy dog ? My mom was scared to death I was so upset they helped me get her things to put in car the assistant admin helped me said she was sorry I went to her with many complaints and she failed to give me answers that were appropriate. One person told me she was ready to go home then after a meeting said she needed lots more therapy could not get clear answer from anyone owners would not talk to me this placed should be closed down I have never seen such terrible care there were a couple of nurses that were good but very few caring staff
