Great place until we moved my mom back out. I had a few weeks to get everything out but in the meantime, someone had been going in and out of the apartment while her things were still there leaving a mess in the kitchen and around the fridge. No checklist was given to us on move out for cleaning. We vacuumed and cleaned the counters and the bathroom. I turned in the keys and then the staff inspected it 4 days later. I was charged for cleaning. But it was spotless when we left. I have no proof as I didn't take pictures and cannot prove anything. During her stay, we paid for cleaning, and now I wonder if it wasn't being cleaned. I do not recommend!!!]
