I visited not too long ago. Staff is unresponsive, seating is dirty, and the smell of human waste overwhelms you as soon as you enter the main entry area (which looked like a dining area). I’d avoid this place, there are cleaner places for your loved ones to spend their golden years.<br><br>Update: Agemark, implying someone is lying by saying their review isn’t what you’ve been hearing from others can easily be disproven. One of your other reviews has stained clothing that would result in the same smell I described. Shame on you!

My father lived at the CountryHouse for a year after my mom unexpectedly passed away. The decision on what to do with my dad was scary and we had no idea where to start. CountryHouse stepped in and walked us step by step at our pace. They were there to answer questions and really made the transition seamless. I would go visit my dad multiple times a week and I couldn't be more happy at the interactions and care I saw my dad receiving on a daily basis. The direct care staff treated him as if he was their family, the nurse was knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of our questions and the food was top notch. I can't thank countryhouse staff enough for providing my dad with a clean, safe and loving place to live on his final days.

We had a wonderful experience with this senior living community. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my dad, who had Alzheimer’s. They treated him with kindness, dignity, and compassion every day. The facility was always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Most importantly, my dad was very happy there and truly felt cared for and supported. The staff went above and beyond to make sure his needs were met and that our family felt informed and reassured. I am so grateful for the amazing care they provided and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for a loved one

Country house provided services for my grandpa after my grandma unexpectedly passed. Their staff was phenomenal and my grandpa was well cared for.
