My mom stayed in The Vineyards Healthcare Center and was satisfied with the care. The staff there are attentive and caring, the food is tasty, the facilities are clean, and bed linens and patients' clothing are changed frequently.

From what we've experienced, all of the people we've encountered working here are caring and thoughtful. Our family so appreciates everything being done on behalf of our dad and all of the other people recovering here. This is hard work, and the people doing it are 10 out of 10 angels. Thank you.

The entire staff was helpful and answered all of my questions. I left feeling comforted and relieved. A judge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and happy that my dad will receive the care that he needs!

I'm giving them 5 stars because of theedical care I received and the many wonderful staff. I was there for about three weeks. They have great visiting hours (as I recall, they are from 8 AM to 8 PM). I wish the residents had more friends and relatives to visit with. There are so many activities their clients have to choose from. Not only do they have an accessible calendar, but every morning each resident gets a reminder of the activities available to them each day. They have an excellent physical and occupational therapy staff, along with some very caring nurses who put up with a few cantankerous residents who do t dish out appreciation instead. I was very well taken care of.

I came to The Vineyards following a hospital stay for a foot infection (due to diabetes) that had moved into the bone. I had been in the hospital for a week, and I was not quite happy about then going to a rehab / long term care facility. I've now been at The Vineyards for two months (going home today!) and I can say that it is a great place. They have good food, physical and occupational therapy, and lots of fun activities. However, what really makes this place great are the people. I have found everyone I've encountered to be kind, compassionate, and caring. I have seen them dealing so well with patients/residents with various physical and/or cognitive issues. I have seen this kind and caring attitude not just with people interacting with me personally, but I have seen them interact with others in the same great way (with both patients and their relatives/caregivers) I would like to thank everyone I dealt with, from admin to activities to therapy to nursing to housekeeping to maintenance to those I am unfortunately missing from this list. A special shout-out to H., the nurse who taught me how to connect and disconnect the wound vacuum, and also that being talkative can bring good things! And an extra-special shout-out to M., the CNA who provided the extra warmest blankets, and who.dispelled my fears, and made me feel not just comfortable, but safe and secure! My doctor is impressed with the speed with which my foot wound is healing. I attribute this success to The Vineyards, and to the wonderful people there.
