The Villas at Poway is a 129-bed skilled nursing facility in Poway, California, offering long-term support and short-term recovery care. As North County's only hospital-based skilled nursing facility, it provides seamless access to emergency care and diagnostic services through its affiliation with Palomar UC San Diego Health, California's largest public health district.

The community operates a specialized Subacute Unit dedicated to medically complex patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy management, and advanced respiratory interventions, overseen by a Medical Director. The facility maintains 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage with a collaborative team of RNs, LVNs, and CNAs providing comprehensive care in a warm, home-like environment.

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy are offered six days a week, with therapists personalizing treatment plans to address goals such as regaining mobility, reducing fall risk, or preparing residents to return home. Master's-level Social Workers and Nurse Case Managers assist patients and families with discharge planning and connecting to community resources.
