Outdated facility, poor management, staffing problems, mold issues. Not a healthy or safe environment since previous CEO of 20 years resigned. They are cutting corners and their treatment of residents and employees is appalling.

We visited The Village at Incarnate Word to take photos of the residents, and I was blown away by how beautiful the grounds were. The inside was spotless, well-kept, and welcoming. The staff was truly out of this world. You can see the love and care they have for the residents in everything they do. It’s a magical place where people are not only cared for, but genuinely loved. I can’t recommend it enough.
