Ordered beef tips and potatoes.was not happy. Grizzle and 4 pieces of meat. Told the waitress and she said she would tell the cook. Nothing. No correction or offer of one. Won't be back. With tip $50. I will stay home. They don't need my business

So I have not been here personally. That said my brother is there for physical therapy and he is still currently a temporary resident. His very first day he was brought in,they didn't lift him into bed, they tossed him in his bed .his spinal chord and nerves are exposed and any wrong move can paralize him permanently. The staff is horrible and the treatment of the other patients are absolutely horrendous.they are not properly caring for anyone.the elder abuse is out of control. My brother is of sound mind and the staff neglect their responsibility regularly. No i have not stepped into the building as of yet.my siser in law has been there everyday and stays with him making sure he is fed and no longer abused.this place is not anywhere near what they claim it to be.it is filthy.he has been there since Wed June 3rd 2026 and so far they have left my brother sitting in his own feces for over 4 hours ,they have given him someone else's pain meds which is illegal. The staff were overheard discussing that his stay is temporary and they need to actually be nice and do their job.they are doing horrible so far.his physical therapy is the only thing that has been ok.everything else is not even remotely acceptable. You want reviews in "real time" here it is .they need to be shut down permanently and the board of this place along with the administration need to be in prison for elder abuse.they have continued to get away with this because no body here can afford better. I will stand up for my brother and so is the rest of our family. We will make sure you treat him with the respect and care he deserves and if you don't, you will be held accountable for your actions. He may not be able to afford to have you prosecuted but we can and will. Yes I'm very angry about the treatment and neglect of your residents, both short term and long term.yes I am in contact with my brother, his wife and his children. we are absolutely sick to see him being treated like his life is not worth your time and he along with your other patients are beneath you.we are working to get him out of your facility as fast as possible for his safety. HIS LIFE MATTERS!!!! I truly hope the people who run this place end up here and are treated the same exact way they have treated so many other helpless people.his family will not tolerate this kind of treatment.yes everything is being documented on his treatment by your staff and his quality of care.so far ,not good. Our loved ones deserve better!!!!! Go ahead and try to make yourself look better than you actually are.we see you and I don't think your response will come close to being acceptable. I have worked in adult care facilities and this is unacceptable to all of your residents, not just my brothers care.

This is the absolute worse place I have ever been in. I received a new hip at Munson Hospital. I was supposed to be sent to another Rehab Clinic but there was none available so was taken to the Villa at 11 an Friday. The outside was shocking enough but they place me in a dark rear room with 4 beds. My surgery hurt like crazy and afterwards asked them for painkiller. They told me none as available till Monday morning! That was only the beginning of the major problems.....thank God I was transfered to the Maples for Rehab and it is great here. Do not go to this horrible dirty place.

Do NOT believe the photos of on their Website! The website photo are FAKE! In reality you'd have to add 35 YEARS to those pictures to equal REALITY! This Nursing Home is a dump and stuck in 1990! It cramped, the menu is disgusting and you have eat it or you eat a WET ham and cheese sandwich with NO Condiments. NO Condiments are EVER available for the patient's to have for the SLOP you are SERVED! I was a patient at this facility. It needs to be INVESTIGATED by the State of Michigan and SHUT DOWN! It's a DISGUSTING Nursing Home! STAY AWAY, there are cleaner places and Nursing Homes that don't treat patients as PRISONERS in a jail.

I want to Thank Shaina and her amazing staff inside the Villa assisted living. Wow, the warmth, care and sense of family was tangible. The love they showered on my mother was heart felt and generous. They have a tough job caring for our elderly and I'm sure some days were hard. My mom loved everyone there and it was a comfort to me and my family. Thank you, we are all family now. This staff all need a Raise in pay. I would gladly give more stars if I could!!
