The family of Edward Luthringer, would like to give you a big thank you to all that were involved with his care. The nurses were great, thanks Robin for always making sure he had hot coffee. The cna’s were very caring. Also making sure he had everything he needed. A huge thank you to his therapist Andy & Zach, you two were amazing. He still talks about the air hockey table to this day. Last but not least, a BIG thank you to Sue K., We knew our dad would be in great hands with you there. ❤️ Thank you again, From his children, Laura, Mark and Chad.

I am so appreciative of the care I received. I was there 2 different times and was pleased with my care. If I am need of care again, I will definitely choose The Timbers. God bless all of you.

Was there for 5 days Hospice Respite . Care was adequate but within that 5 days, discharged missing 4 nightgowns and one pair of new glasses. Nightgowns should never have left the room.

I can’t say enough about the entire staff at the Timbers of Cass County. From the administration to the CNA’s, RN’s and anyone else that I’m missing, everyone has been so kind, patient and understanding with the transition and care of my 98 year old grandmother. Timbers is beautiful and very welcoming when you enter. The rooms are clean and tidy and well taken care of. My grandmother has really like the food that is prepared for her, whether she goes down to the any of the 3 different dining rooms, or if she decides to have breakfast in bed. Compliments to the chef! They have so many activities that she can attend and they have a church service on Sundays that she has enjoyed. Again, the staff have been amazing, especially the CNA’s and RN’s.
