Zero stars. My mom had a home visit from Summit and decided to hire them. The staff person no-showed on the first day. After the first conversation, my mom was told that when staff no-shows, the agency depends on family for fill-in care. Neither my sister nor I live in the area. After multiple conversations with management, including the Director, my mom was told they wouldn't be able to help her after all--because my mom is sensitive to fragrances and they refuse to work with that.
