The quality of care at this facility is unacceptable. Patients will sit for a week without a shower or even a sponge bath. Diapers are changed but little daily hygiene otherwise. Before someone is placed in the facility, assurances are given about continued medical care but what medical care that is given is minimal. The staff are not professional or friendly.

If you are considering this place for rehabilitation or long term DONT! So many red flags, too many to list. First the care is the worst, the compassion is the worst. And once you put your loved one in there you will not be able to get them out until they are 6 hours from death. I have pictures and now a funeral to plan. Please don’t fall for their fake intro!!

I used to spend a lot of time here with my Oma and I just thought I'd point out some observations for those who might be considering bringing your loved ones here: - getting a good read on the staff is near impossible because some of them are exceptionally good and truly care about their residents, but others are rather careless and don't even TRY to make the residents more comfortable or happy. Personally, if I were in a nursing home, I'd want to be around people that will go out of their way to brighten my day and make my existence on this earth more enjoyable. Unfortunately, though, I only ever saw a small handful of staff going out of their way to do that. Most of the others only do what they absolutely have to, and there doesn't seem to be any solid staff routine, everyone seems to do their own things at their own times, besides meals of course. - The meals seemed pretty standard, if not a little underwhelming, but that's to be expected at nursing homes. - There are some residents that are violent and/or prone to wandering, and the facility is so understaffed that they can't keep an eye on everyone at once, so there's a chance your loved one could wander off or encounter another wanderer and feel compelled to follow them, I've seen it with my own eyes. - The girls at the front desk are usually pretty nice, but the more you meet medical staff, the more you realize that some of the CNAs are not very nice and don't work as a team very well. - There is pretty much no outdoor time, and they don't even have a designated courtyard for it or anything. The only courtyard they have is overgrown and not safe for residents. My Oma said the only time they ever went outside, it was for resident cigarette breaks, and if you don't want to join the smokers (in my Oma's case, it was because she considers cigarette smoke an impure thing for religious reasons) then you're completely out of luck when it comes to outdoor time.
