"Your mom (Beth Bynum) she didn't wake up till 1:22pm when her light came on." Reply: My mom doesn't wear diapers Brittany and since you run these here parts can you explained to everyone why she's being served lunch on a wet diaper since 7am and did you also know my mom's light doesn't come on ever till your aids turn it on because she's here for physical therapy and can't transfer without help to her bed side toilet yet, now she's really scared to try and walk again since from 7am to 1:22pm your staff exclaimed the emergency call button on her bed is only lighting up directly outside her nurses station. It doesn't vibrate as it's supposed to. And furthermore did you say there's a curfew at The Springs? Because at 11:30 pm I can still just punch the dials and walk right in the front with not a problem till 7 am when there's still no help. Where did they do that at besides The Springs, setting the new standard
