If I could give this place a 0 I would! I’ve held my tongue for almost 2 years and I’m finally at a point where I can make a review. This place is beyond terrible! My sister was supposed to be there for 1 month to recover from a broken leg. A few days after she was admitted she had to go to the hospital, had bowel surgery and was back there a few days later. She had COPD and had to wear a mask every night. The day before she died she never answered her phone ( and she would call us numerous times a day!) They called me around 3:45 in the morning and told me she had passed. When we got there the nurses just pointed down the hall and told us where she was. No sympathy whatsoever. We got to her room and she had not worn her COPD mask and they hadn’t checked on her for 4 hours. I truly believe they are to blame for her passing! If you can avoid this place please do so!

As for me and my family we have had an excellent experience at the Springs of Broadway. The therapist Megan, Alice and Precious are very motivational and my brother is actually inspired to get up every single day to go to therapy and he seems so happy with all the staff. Any questions we had with medication, the nurses were very prompt and professional.

I would just like to take a minute to brag on this facility for taking care of my family member and for the therapy ladies going above and beyond and doing all they could to rehab him back. I would choose this care for myself if I ever am in need

Therapy is amazing at this facility. I believe the ladies names were Megan and princess that worked with my family member and they are just as sweet as can be. My family was able to come back home with us after a leg amputation. I will always recommend.
