Their rehab facility for most part is poorly run / managed! My dad was in there for few days before he had to be taken to ER through ambulatory services, because one of the care nurses did not give his medication properly and the kitchen team did not follow his diet plan per doctor’s recommendations and caused his sugars to spike than normal! I have proof of these documents (just didn’t have time to take legal course of action)

The food is excellent! Absolutely excellent! And they go the extra mile if you have a special diet. The kitchen is excellent. They come in and ask me every single day what I can and can’t eat. I would stay here just for the food. CNA Emily and CNA Socorro are caring and knowledgeable and there for you when you need them. CNA Dina leads with empathy. Robert has been wonderful. Madison is adorable and kind. All of the nurses are wonderful. Nurse Katherine stands out. Sahil always listens and asks questions to really know what’s going on. Nurse Asma is so nice. Priya really knows what she’s doing; I really like her. All the staff is really good. There isn’t anybody who I would say I don’t like. You can count on any of them. The med nurses are good. I have meds I have to take every three hours, and they do a lovely job of that. For therapy, I really like Deepali, Anita, and Kara.Wish I could remember all their names. There was one more. I really appreciate their help. LaToya in housekeeping always has a smile for me in the morning. Amelia is really good at her job. I’m looking forward to going home, but I will miss the food.

This is an excellent facility with excellent ratings and certification. Jennifer Hitotsis is a qualified CNA, capable of teaching other CNAs. John Strickland is an excellent CNA too. Nurse Katrina Foster is exceptional and will crush my pills the way I like them and make a note of good times to return. The Therapy department is very good. I find that the cafe you can go to anytime, with the mural is so historically significant. I’ve been enjoying the art classes I’ve taken here with Mr. Asot and I’ve learned a lot.

The Reutlinger Assisted Living facility is poorly run. My husband was there for 4 weeks and ended up in the hospital twice. Initially his medications were input into the system incorrectly. They were giving him double the dosage of a very strong medication. The first time he fell no one even told me about it. Many of the caretakers were kind and helped him as much as they could. However they are extremely understaffed. The apartments are very out-dated and it is difficult to control the temperature in the rooms. Also, there is no cell phone reception in most of the building making it nearly impossible to stay connected with loved ones. The food provided was sometimes inedible.
