I feel it’s important to share my experience because the marketing for this facility does not reflect what I have observed.

The property appears to have frequent staff turnover, including multiple executive directors. The quality of the food has been consistently disappointing, and I have personally witnessed residents being denied second servings or reasonable meal alternatives. I would also add the food served is very carb heavy, processed, and unhealthy.

The facility also relies heavily on temporary agency staff, many of whom did not seem familiar with the residents or invested in their care. There have been periods without a dedicated maintenance employee or nurse, and the facility often appears to be understaffed.

My biggest concern is resident safety. The call button system has frequently been inoperable, leaving elderly residents unable to request assistance when needed. Even when the system is functioning, I have observed instances where call buttons went unanswered for extended periods. These issues raise serious concerns about the level of care and oversight provided to residents.

Here is a list of things they DO NOT have, but are listed on their website:
A movie room
A full service salon
A library (unless you think a bookshelf is a library)
A private dining room (unless you consider your bedroom a private dining room)
Daily housekeeping
A bistro
Pet therapy
Daily laundry
Onsite chapel
