I have a sister in Ridgewood in Dalton, a cna got mad because Patricia My sister was yelling and scared they were coming to bath her and the cna took Patricia shirt and stuffed it into her mouth they should have said something to let Partrcia know it was them so she would not be so scared , they let her go so long without bathing her feet good and her feet peel like a onion and her hair got so matted they cut her hair off on the back of her head, I will not go into any more

If I could give them a zero star I would they are nasty and don't communicate with each other one nurse gave her her medicine then an HR later another nurse tried giving her medicine again then she hallucinates bad with dementia and Parkinson's disease and said she was faking it and just looking for attention!!! This is the worse place ever we have pictures where they don't clean and it stays so nasty they are horrible

They are very short staffed and dont wont to help there paitents would not recomed for anyone would not send my dog to this nursing home
