The Residence has been phenomenal for our family. Finding a safe place for Dad was one of the hardest decisions we’ve faced, and the care he’s received during this difficult time has given us true peace of mind. The attention to detail, the patience, and the genuine compassion shown by every staff member have built a trust that is steady and sincere. They work so hard with each resident, yet they still take the time to talk with us-always with kindness and always with a smile. We are deeply grateful for each and every person who is caring for Dad. Their dedication means more than they know.

The Residence Memory Care Facility — A True Blessing<br>In September 2025, I was searching for a safe and loving place for my mom. By the grace of God, The Residence Memory Care was placed in my path. The very day I learned about it, I called and met with Kimberly, who is absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything about the facility and gave me a full tour.<br>I had been searching for months, and honestly, I was deeply disappointed by many of the other places I visited. Some were unclean, had unpleasant odors, and it broke my heart to see how patients were being treated. But when I walked into The Residence, I was completely shocked — in the best way! The building smelled fresh and clean, the environment was peaceful, and every staff member I saw spoke kindly to both me and the residents as they passed by.<br>During my visit, I met a man whose wife had been living there for nine months. He told me how grateful he was to have found The Residence and assured me I wouldn't regret placing my mom there. He was absolutely right. On September 15th, I moved my mom in — and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.<br>My mom loves the staff, and they truly love her. The adjustment has taken time, but I am at complete peace knowing she's being cared for with compassion and respect. I thank the Good Lord above for guiding me to this place.<br>To all the staff — thank you for the incredible work you do every single day. It takes very special people to care for those with memory challenges, and your kindness means the world to families like mine. I've learned so much about memory care through this journey, and though it's painful to watch a loved one decline, The Residence has helped make this process gentler and filled with love.<br>I can honestly say I love this place, and I promise you will not regret choosing The Residence Memory Care for your loved one.<br>Andy Roberson

My wife has been at the residence for 2 years. The administration, nurses, and CNAs are very attentive to the patients. They have taken care of my wife very well. What I especially like is it's easy to communicate with the head RN and with the administrator. Linda's room is always clean. And her closer always washed and hung up. Finally the food is good.

We have my father here. This place hires good people. It does not sound or smell like a typical nursing home. They make sure my dad is fed and clean. We visit as much as we can, but it is good knowing he is in good hands.
