My husband has been in this facility for about 3 weeks. Week one he fell out of bed and had to be rushed to the hospital. Caller was very vague on reason. Week 2 I thought things were getting better he was able to move around trying to get stronger then on week 3 head nurse refuse to let him move around, they kept him in bed. He was fustrated and wanted to know why he can't get out of bed, no one would answer him. I called the case manager but the case manager won't call back. I have to say the PT people were great. But the medical and admin sucks!

The check in process was fast, easy, and efficient! The facility was cool as well with staff being freindly. Not out of this world, but better than other facilities at least. However, do not expect case managers to return your calls as they promised....you have to be on top of calling them.
