The staff at ranch estates are fantastic they are extremely accommodating and kind!! Mike Soto the executive director truly cares about his residents and does everything in his power to make the transition from home to assisted living smooth and stress free for not only the resident but their families. Alexis one of the caregivers is so kind and truly makes her residents feel loved, seen and safe! They have both taken time out of their personal days to ensure my grandmother moved in safely and happily!

I had a fantastic experience with Ranch Estates of Tucson! They truly pulled everything together for my client and made the entire process incredibly smooth. The transition happened quickly, including a fast discharge from rehab, but everything was handled with professionalism and care. The clinical team did an excellent job ensuring a safe admission, which gave me great confidence in their services. A special thank you to Melissa from the sales team—she made everything seamless and was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely refer clients here again. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, it will not feel like a "facility"—its much more of a vibrant, welcoming neighborhood, that is completely capable of taking care of your Assited Living or Memory care needs. The staff is exceptional. They don’t just provide care; they build real relationships with the residents. Whether it’s the nursing team’s patience or the dining staff remembering your personl dining choices, the attention to detail is unmatched. The Care team is excellent, the executive team is awesome, from the Executive Director, thru Sales, and if your fortunate to work with Melissa Lake on your visits, do know, your in great hands, Melissa, not only is professional, she is extremely knowledgable in the challenges and issues, surrounding Dementia or Alzheimers needs, she just cares deeply, for her residents, and will work dilligently to make this transition a smooth one for you. You can't go wrong, in seriously considering The Ranch Estates for your loved ones or yourself.

A Truly Exceptional Place<br>The Ranch Estates has been nothing short of extraordinary in the care they’ve provided for my aunt. From the moment she she first toured to when she moved in, it was clear that this community doesn’t just meet expectations—they exceed them in every possible way. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, not only tending to her daily needs but doing so with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Her excitement to move there was easy to understand why after visiting there with my husband. It says a lot for her to love this place so much as she has been fiercly independent her entire life with this being the first time living somewhere other than her own home.<br>What has meant the most to our family is the sense of safety and comfort they’ve created for her. Knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care, who check in on her, who notice the little things, and who make her feel valued has brought us tremendous peace of mind. They’ve created an environment where she feels protected, supported, and at home.<br>The Ranch Estates has set a standard of care that is rare to find. We are deeply grateful for everything they’ve done and continue to do. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. They have made an incredible difference in my aunt’s life—and in ours.

My father was at Ranch Estates of Tucson for almost two years, and it was a wonderful experience. After my mother passed away, we discovered my father had the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s as well as various health issues. We needed to find a new home for my father, and that home was Ranch Estates’ Assisted Living. The staff at Ranch Estates were extremely supportive and understanding of his condition and issues. We were able to get him on a regular schedule with meals, meds, and activities, which helped to improve his health and wellbeing. Happy hours with outside musicians and treats (but no alcohol) on Wednesdays were wonderful! When his Alzheimer’s worsened, we moved him into Memory Care. Mike, Nelva, Dani, and all of the staff were amazing and made this transition incredibly easy. We really appreciated the design and layout of the facilities, so moving my father into Memory Care seemed very similar and familiar to him. Nelva and her team keep the MC residents very busy and engaged, which helped with my father’s transition. When my father was diagnosed with cancer, Ranch Estates worked closely with the hospice group and our family until his passing. The staff definitely helped us through a difficult time, and I always felt my father was in good hands. Throughout my father’s stay at Ranch Estates, all of the staff (from the receptionists to the medtechs) were topnotch and cared deeply for my father and us. They were and are truly like family!<br><br>Note from two years ago:<br>Lori Donahue was a great help when we were looking for assisted living arrangements for my father. The facility is well run and maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. His room was clean, freshly painted, and in excellent condition. We are very pleased with the help Lori and all of the staff have provided.
