We are highly impressed with Bridgewater's level of care. Lorell placed our 89 yr old Mom in less than a week, with compassion and grace. Maintenance had her space set up with cleaning, cable and furniture with a remarkable sense of urgency.<br>As we arrived a group of welcome faces greeted us, even Chef Joel and Director Dennis.<br>We feel relieved to know she's in capable, dedicated and loving hands, in a clean environment. She'll have plenty to do and lots of ice cream!<br>Thank you all for making this difficult decision feel so seamless. Bless your hearts, always!

Moving our 96-year-old mom into assisted living was not an easy decision, Lorrell Odelle guided us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure our mom felt comfortable and welcomed. What impressed us most was how thoughtfully Lorrell matched our mother with her studio. She knew exactly where Mom would be most comfortable, with neighbors she could connect with and caregivers who would be a great fit for her. Thanks to Lorrell's insight and caring approach, our mom quickly began making friends and settling into her new home. (Which was a big surprise) Knowing that our mother is surrounded by kind residents and attentive caregivers gives us tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful for the warmth, compassion, and professionalism shown by Lorrell and the entire team at Bridgewater Assisted Living. She demonstrated a strong understanding of her community and took the time to ensure it was the right fit for my client’s specific needs. We recently moved my grandma into this community, and the entire experience has been great from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful during the review and move-in process, answering all of our questions and communicating with us every step of the way. We needed a space that would accept ALTECS, which the staff walked us through and ensured that was an option here. Lorell and Vanessa were both caring and supportive as we were getting my grandma set up.<br><br>What really stands out is the sense of community they’ve created. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. My grandma has her own apartment-style room, which gives her independence while still having the support she needs.<br><br>The food is excellent, there are plenty of activities, and the daily routine helps residents stay engaged and comfortable. It’s been such a relief for our family to know she’s in a place where she’s safe, supported, and surrounded by great people. We’re very grateful to the entire team.
