So happy that we found this wonderful home for my aunt last month. It's a beautiful facility! Rooms that are very well designed & ergonomically set for comfortable living at any age. Lots of organized events and activities available. From the initial phone call to our tour and every encounter since, the staff make this place feel like home. It is evident that they enjoy their jobs & strive to make their residents feel more like family.

Our friend recently moved to the Pinnacle, and we have visited him frequently since his admission.Every time we visit, he seems to be living his best life! He has already made friends with both the staff and other residents and is enjoying the food, activities and friendly atmosphere. We are thankful to see him happy and doing so well in his new home.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing the Pinnacle of Hattiesburg makes you and your loved one feel. You can tell it's obviously a community filled with people who genuinely care about their residents and the families who trust them with their loved ones.<br><br>Janice, the Executive Director, leads with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine heart for the residents. She sets the tone for the entire community, and it shows in the way her team cares for people.<br><br>Cheyenne, the Director of Nursing, is incredible. She is knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making sure residents receive the care and attention they deserve. You can tell that nursing here is more than a job to her.<br><br>Blaine, the Director of Sales and Marketing, is one of those people who makes everyone feel welcome. He is personable, helpful, and genuinely invested in the residents and their families. He goes above and beyond to make people feel like they are part of the Pinnacle family.<br><br>Audree, the Business Office Director, is always helpful, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. She brings a level of kindness and professionalism that makes navigating the business side of senior living so much easier.<br><br>Josh, the Director of Dining Services, deserves a huge shoutout as well. He puts so much thought and care into the dining experience, and it is clear that he understands that meals are about much more than food — they are an important part of residents' quality of life.<br><br>Austin, the Director of Maintenance, is another person who consistently goes above and beyond. He works hard behind the scenes to keep the community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly, and his willingness to help never goes unnoticed.<br><br>I also want to recognize Taylor and Mackenzie, the physical therapists who are contracted with The Pinnacle. They are both wonderful to work with and bring so much patience, encouragement, and compassion to the residents they serve. Their dedication makes a real difference.<br><br>What stands out most about The Pinnacle is the TEAM. Every department plays a role, and when you see everyone working together, it becomes clear that the residents truly come first. Whether it is nursing, dining, maintenance, business, sales and marketing, or therapy, there are people here who genuinely care about the lives of the residents.<br><br>Senior living is not just about providing a place to live or checking boxes — it is about creating a place where people feel safe, valued, respected, and cared for. The Pinnacle of Hattiesburg does that exceptionally well.<br><br>If you are looking for assisted living or memory care for yourself or someone you love, I would absolutely recommend giving The Pinnacle a look. The Pinnacle in Hattiesburg has been a blessing for our family. The Director leads an outstanding team that genuinely cares about the residents and treats them with kindness, respect, and compassion every day. The meals are excellent, well-balanced, and something our Dad truly enjoys. Knowing he is receiving great care in a warm, welcoming environment gives our family tremendous peace of mind. We highly recommend The Pinnacle to anyone looking for quality assisted living for a loved one.
