The facility it was very clean. Everyone was nice and kind. The residents looked very happy.

Brittany is absolutely amazing! The Piedmont has a true gem here. Everyone was helpful and nice on our tour but Brittany’s calm demeanor, professionalism, compassion, helpful nature and show of respect for new potential residents is unsurpassed. Truly, I can’t say enough. The way she spoke, the questions she asked, her body language, it all moved in symphony to create a very meaningful and respectful environment. She looked the potential resident in the eye and talked to them, not me, the friend. I’d like to say everyone at every facility does that but sadly, they don’t. She made the potential resident feel like they were special, unique, independent, respected, and Valued. We are coming back next week to take another look!

We had a fun afternoon at the Piedmont at Buckhead’s Peachtree Fest. There were multiple delicious ways to enjoy peaches with friendly staff and residents. We sat at a small table with two empty seats but managed to meet over a half dozen fun and interesting residents. The apartment we saw was thoughtfully designed and brightened by large windows which is just what we are looking for.

The staff, as well as the residents, are friendly and helpful. I don’t know how the staff does it but they know everyone’s name.<br>It is a good place to live.
