The Parkwood is bright and beautiful, both inside and out. It is always very neat and clean, and the air is always fresh, with no lingering stale odors. The decorations and flowers are so pretty and well maintained. They are beautiful to see from my many windows.<br><br>It's so nice to have coffee and a continental breakfast waiting for you in the mornings, along with good friends to visit with while enjoying it.<br><br>Most importantly, and the reason I am at The Parkwood, is Nathan and his staff. They are like family: kind, personable, helpful, happy, fun, and pleasant to be around. They, along with the friends you meet there, are what make The Parkwood a home to love.

I highly recommend The Parkwood in Sioux Falls! The facility is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really makes The Parkwood stand out, though, is the wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and truly seems to care.<br><br>Nathan and Rusty, to name a few, have been especially great—always welcoming, professional, and willing to help with anything that comes up. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail make such a difference.<br><br>The Parkwood is a wonderful facility with an outstanding team. Five stars all around!

I have contacted this business 4 times asking them to take my father off of their mailing list (which comes to my home). It still has not happened. Please be considerate of families who have lost loved ones.<br>UPDATE: It has been over a year since my original review. I still get mail for my deceased father.
