Nice clean and new facility. My mother bought a place there. Quiet and well maintained. The only issue I had was my mom's shower faucet had a drip so thought I would replace the moen cartridge. Couldn't figure out how to shut off the water to the house. I tried every knob and lever but no luck. Very strange.
