We were recommended to use The Option Group by our elder care attorney and after weeks of planning and preparation I have to say there’s no way I could have made all the arrangements for my mom and worked my full time engineering job without the help and guidance of Brittani at The Option Group. She was on top of every interaction and plan throughout the entire process. 100% worth it to use this service. The well educated professionals that represent you know what they’re doing and streamline the process saving you tons of time and frustration. While I am busy at work my advocate was dealing with phone calls, hospital personnel, attorneys and insurance companies that I didn’t have capacity or knowledge to handle. An absolutely priceless resource to families! Ellen and her team have been helping seniors navigate aging and all it's nuances for years. They are truly so caring and knowledgeable about every aspect of aging and caring for the aging. Recently they have branched out and began providing advocacy and resources for children, adolescents and young adults as well which makes their services more comprehensive than any other I have encountered. Steve Gale is a true asset to their team and makes partnering with them a dream.
