Do NOT put your family members in here if you care about them. We moved my father in law in last year and we have already had to move him out. What started out as a good experience with attentive staff turned into an absolute nightmare:<br><br>Constant turnover of staff & consistently understaffed is one of the biggest issues. They are not able to keep employees on longer than a few weeks it seems and the ones they do hire are not trained nor really willing to deal with the elderly. The residents wear call buttons that they push when they need help. The last few weeks before we removed my father in law from here he was calling us at 4am, 11pm etc (all hours of the night) to come help him because he was pushing his call button but no one was responding! Many were help to the bathroom requests and a couple times he had fallen to the ground. So imagine getting a call from your loved one that they had fallen and were hurt and scared and the place you had entrusted and paying lots of money to, to care for them was not even responding to help them.<br><br>Another issue and the straw that finally broke us was when I arrived one day to see him and they informed me that he was covered in bed bugs! In investigating this & how it came to be we were told that another resident had just come from a rehab facility and brought them back and that just happens... so a known issue in causing bed bug outbreaks is never addressed ... just a yes this happens & we do nothing about it. I then learned from other families we had gotten to know from there that they to had been dealing with the bed bugs. Disgusting!<br><br>Lastly mangement is a complete lazy joke, we would speak with the desk/office staff multiple times a week about issues and always got the yes we will follow up ... never ever happend.<br><br>So in summary this place looks great, its new, has all the bells & whistles but it is a complete scam & honestly I am shocked no one has been seriously hurt due to their negligence of care.
