Hello. I just wanted to leave a positive review. I am coming up on 5 years here at The Oaks. I really love living here. This really is a beautiful property. Management and Maintenance are awesome. Sammy my dog loves the dog park. Also the dog washing station really is awesome. Also I really have met some wonderful people here. Its so quite here as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to live . Joey.

These are the most quietest apartments I have ever lived. Very quaint and clean. I still would like to see the entry walkway power washed! Staff is great! Upkeep with maintenance has been excellent for me in these 3 years. My rent rate for this area is steep but for the peace I'm willing to trade. Just hope it doesn't get unbearable.

Increased the rent with no upgrades NO one want to pay almost $1300 for a 1/1 in the hood, homeless live in the woods and come in and out the gate like they live there. By the way the gate barely work.
