I appreciate the effort in providing a chair on loan, but unfortunately the one I received was very dirty and not in suitable condition for use. I later found that I could have rented a clean chair locally for $40, which would have been a much better option. When I shared my concerns at the front desk, I felt they weren’t really acknowledged, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful so future members have cleaner, well-maintained equipment and feel heard when raising issues.

You gotta love it. Fairly inexpensive. Super caring staff. Most people who go there are friendly. Many programs you can sign up for. They also offer different service including Warm senior lunch to eat there or to bring home for the week. Room with many pool tables and people playing card games. You tailor your experience to what you want.

I'm sorry City of Chicago on the Northside you do not provide any good service but this place in Niles these people are the best employees ever and they will help you with any situation that you're dealing with as a disability challenges of service..BEST BEST SERVICE !!!!! KEEEP UP THE BEST SERVICE EVER THANK YOU NILE ROCK !!!!!!!!!
