My step dad received excellent care after a sudden hospitalization and emergency amputation. He flourished with the care and therapy and is now getting back to his life. My family and I could not be more pleased with Americare and the Quail Creek staff.

Terrible experience all the way around. Social worker was far from helpful, if anything was a hindrance. I will not be sending my grandparents back, ever. After 2 weeks at a DIFFERENT facility my grandma was back to normal. While in QC they were trying to convince us she needed long term care and was in her new 'baseline' when she had an infection. NO PPE was used for infection control either.

Many times when my husband needed help to get in/out of bed or repositioned it took the staff 20-30 minutes to help him. He was supposed to have PT and OT daily which he did not receive. I feel the rehab facility was under staffed creating problems for those who were trying to take care of patients.
