I am not quite sure why they are saying this establishment is closed on the Googles page, but clearly I just got off the phone with them and they are actively opened and running a great, very thorough establishment with managing my grandpa's care, Fred Cook , with the best pre treatment care before any major illness or complications happen and saves him from having to go to the hospital. Thank you Greendale Manor,my family and I greatly appreciate you.Nicole Linhart (granddaughter)

My mother has been in the memory care unit at The Manor at Greendale for one year and 5 months. The staff has never given me any cause to not trust them in their care of my mother. When we take her out for a meal and bring her back, someone is always there to greet her and make her feel safe upon her return. That is so important, because she usually doesn't remember why she is there. They have a great courtyard for the memory care patients to walk in and have recently acquired a resident indoor cat for the patients to love on as well as the outdoor cat that lives in the courtyard. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff there for taking such considerate care of my mom!!!!!

My family is very happy with the Manor At Greendale. My mother has been in their memory care unit for almost 4 months. The staff treats her with kindness, care and respect. From the moment we stepped inside, we sensed that this facility was different. The staff works well together and many have been working there for years. We have the same fabulous nurses and aides week after week. My mom has adjusted easily and receives excellent care. She has made plenty of friends. Knowing she is happy and well-cared for gives our family a piece of mind.

The Manor at Greendale has provided my wife caring and professional service when she was there for postsurgical nursing and rehab, and also for long-term care. The staff is well trained and sensitive to residents' needs, and most of them have developed friendly personal relationships with my wife--and with me.<br>--Rick Gebhardt, Findlay Ohio
