It unfortunately seems as though this management team is strategic on who they want living in their building or these reviews ar just downright fake. I’ve had the same experience as some of the others listed here - absolutely poor communication with the leasing team. I tried reaching out via email and received extremely delayed and weird responses at one point I wasn’t sure if charger was responding because the person asked me the same set of questions back to back. When I finally thought I was able to set up a tour, I was ghosted. I then called, had a realtor call, emailed, had a realtor email and literally nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the “tenants” that are leaving these amazing reviews are also bots at this point. In 2025, there’s no way that a building with a 4.2 rating on Google has such poor communication with people interested in moving in. It’s literally impossible.

Living at The Lofts for 10 + years. I feel very safe as the building is card access. The apartment is very spacious and with the upstairs more like a townhouse. Jill has always been responsive to my needs and the maintenance staff is always available. The parking can be difficult at times competing with the newest trendy restaurant. Overall I love living here at The Lofts!

We have really enjoyed living at the Lofts due to the great location, spacious apartments, and friendly management team. Jill was extremely pleasant to work with during the leasing process and has been very helpful throughout our residency. The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful.

I’m so glad I moved into the Lofts. Jill made the entire leasing process so easy for me and is always so helpful to us as residents now. The location is excellent with so many shops and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained, too!

The leasing team is extremely unresponsive to with communication. We called several times to receive an update on our application that we filled out and now we check the application only to see that the application was cancelled with no explanation as to why. Some form of communication from the property leasing team during this process would have been nice and removing the apartment once an application goes in and is accepted would be nice considering the application fees are non-refundable. I wouldn’t bother renting here, if the property leasing team is this unresponsive imagine what it will be like when you move in and have issues or need something.
