Beautiful, clean building, but the last two months have been a mess. They fired many of the good employees and replaced them with new staff. Management keeps changing people, and the quality has gone downhill. Things were much better before. Whoever is in charge of the caregivers needs to address the situation and bring back experienced staff.

The Legacy of Venice Assisted Living Facility is very nice. We had our loved one there and we couldn’t say enough good things about them. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. It was smooth sailing with the entire staff.<br>The facility offers many amenities and activities that keep the residents entertained and happy.<br>I overheard one of the residents say that they have daily activities that you’re never bored and if you’re bored is because you want to be. The residents are all friendly as well. Our loved one felt safe and taken care of. We can’t say enough good things about them.<br><br>We highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of assisted living.

I would think twice before putting a loved one here. The community itself is beautiful but it’s just a false representation of what happens there. The executive director is an incompetent mean girl who is genuinely so self absorbed she has no idea how to speak with family members regarding issues or their needs. She lacks even the slightest understanding and compassion. Operations are extremely unorganized, and downright chaotic. You have to speak with 9 different people before you get a problem solved. The director of nursing Michelle Allen often neglects her residents and their needs, has done the bare minimum for years and is probably the reason residents pass away so quickly when they move in. I’m disgusted with the level of care my loved one received for an insane price point. If you want to put your parents or anyone you care about somewhere safe, it isn’t here.

My experience with the administration was frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, responses were delayed or unclear, and concerns were not properly addressed. This lack of organization and accountability negatively affected my experience. I hope improvements are made in communication and problem-solving.
