The Legacy

The Legacy in Morris, Minnesota provides assisted living and memory care services. The community is registered as an Assisted Living with Dementia Care facility through the Minnesota Department of Health and accepts private pay as well as Long Term Care Insurance, Elderly Waiver, MSHO, CADI (for those under 55), and Housing Support.

The community's philosophy of care is grounded in resident choice, dignity, privacy, individuality, and independence, delivered from a Christian perspective. Upon admission, staff assess each resident's needs and develop a personalized care plan. A dedicated Care Team oversees each resident's care and provides support throughout their time at the community.

Additional care levels (A through F) are determined by a Registered Nurse following a structured assessment process. The community features a dining room, TV room, and welcoming shared spaces where residents can gather and participate in activities.
