Skyview Plaza

Skyview Plaza is a faith-based assisted and independent living community for individuals 55 years of age and older, located in Morris, Minnesota. Part of the St. Francis Health Services family, the community features 33 private apartments arranged in a unique two-story indoor courtyard designed to foster connection and camaraderie among residents.

The community offers a range of support services including professional nursing oversight with 24/7 on-call access, pastoral care, and worship services to support spiritual wellbeing. Limited housekeeping services are provided, along with utilities including heat, water, sewer, and trash removal, as well as lawn care and snow removal. Residents benefit from controlled access entry with a 24/7 call system and monitored smoke and fire alarm systems.

Each apartment is comfortable and spacious, featuring a private kitchen and bathroom. The community maintains a full calendar of engaging social programs, events, and activities designed to keep residents active and connected. A large common area provides space for socializing and building friendships among the residents.
