The Journey Home

The Journey Home is a hospice care facility in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, providing a home setting for individuals with 30 days or less life expectancy who have limited financial and caregiver resources. Services are provided free of charge to all guests, with trained staff and volunteers offering personal care, help with meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping to enable families to focus on time with their loved ones.

The property features beautiful garden areas maintained by volunteers, including Master Gardeners, with seasonal flowers, ferns, a raised vegetable bed, and potted plants throughout the grounds. A rustic chapel is under construction to provide an intimate space for families to gather privately and facilitate memorial events.

The Journey Home operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization relying on the generosity of donors and volunteers from the community to sustain its operations and provide compassionate care with dignity for the dying.
