I am a private caregiver for my aunt and was in this facility every day mon thru Friday for3 weeks. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping kept the facility fresh. Administration was great. The Nurses and aides were great. They even allowed me to bring my aunts dog in daily. I highly recommend them. Five Stars

They starve the residents unless state or corporate is there . Office staff never leaves the office . Staff members all go out to smoke and leave one employee in building . Upper management does not do their job . The Aides just sit at nurses desk with multiple call lights going off. My mother was refused to go to bathroom . There is a little skinny dark headed aide that is hateful to residents and very unprofessional acting also it seemed like nursing is always understaffed and no one is managing the place . I was in facility when state was in building they heaped the plates over which was unusual they normally have very small portions like one piece of bacon small amount of eggs . If ya don’t like what the meal is ya get the thinnest piece of bologna sandwich I’ve ever seen without toppings. Please someone needs to go in and talk to the residents here and find out what is going on in this house of horrors. We are supposed to respect our elders and that is not happening here .

Thank you for taking such great care of my mother. She was very pleased with her care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. She thought the food was good. She wouldn’t hesitate if she needed to stay again.
