This review is primarily written to praise the wonderful job and comfort provided to our loved one by ROBERT CLACK, CNA. This gentleman was a true gem that we were truly blessed to have assist us. The other staff were commendable also with only one staff member that I would not recommend to anyone. She was rude, had no patient skills and showed little compassion.

The Heights is one of my favorite places do visit and volunteer! I love the residents and how much they get them out and involved with activities!

Both of my parents were at The Heights with dementia until they passed. The CNAs were very compassionate, caring and loving. The Administration seem to love where they work and are always happy to help with any concerns.

Went to see a friend today at The Heights. She had a real struggle with what her family knew she needed and what she wanted--to be in her own home! Tge staff was very understanding and did everything possible to make her feel welcome. They helped her understand she was in her new home. Her family was allowed to choose her room. Her bedroom looks out on a bird feeder and the gazebo and yards. She loves the view and is settling in very well. One more bridge--getting to go to church, which is being coordinated to begin in two weeks! Tge home is lovely, clean, open areas are inviting, and the food is good (per my friend). She has a table mate that has won her heart, so I believe the desire yo leave is getting less intense every day!

The Heights of Gonzales facility was clean, and orderly. The Residents were clean, and looked well. Any time I had a question, any of the staff were upbeat and answered my concerns. They were professional and courteous. I felt my loved one was in a safe, good environment with knowledgeable staff.
