Terrible. Very dirty. The footboard of the bed is crusted with all kinds of dried scum. The door to the room has poop or blood splatter all over it and the place is falling apart and absolutely filthy. Floors are disgusting. The food they serve is a joke. I wouldn’t even feed my dog the food. Average wait time for aid is an hour sometimes more. Then they are rude about it. I would not recommend sending someone you love here at all. Our family has coined it the Hell Hole.

This is indeed the worst facility ever, my sister was a patient there for approximately 10weeks. My sister is visually impaired, non weight bearing so this means she could not stand on her feet per her physicians. However her ankle was broken in 3 places. On June 18,2025 my sister had a Doctors appointment at Providence Wound Care Clinic in which they noticed something was wrong with her ankle. They saw her 3 times a week so the clinic had knowledge of her ankle and foot also I received pictures on Mondays per my Sister consent so it did stay with in Hippa guidelines. I should have read all reviews before going to this place, because now I am talking to doctors about perhaps having my sister leg amputated instead. I asked this company repeatedly how this happened and they say nothing or we can’t talk about it.Before this they left her sitting with food just in front of her,Amy from Wyandotte Area Agency on Aging was there meeting with her and had to call them because they just left her sitting in a dining room with no one there she told me she trying to see if someone was coming in which they did not until she called. We kept trying to work with them after speaking with the Director of Nursing.Another time the bed was not set properly and it almost threw her out of the bed and would have until a aide saw and got her before that happened because she heard her calling out, The next day when we came in the aide told my sister what happened. You see this is not just one incident it is multiple.

If it was possible to add negative stars I would. The room my mom was given was dirty, the staff was very inattentive and lacked any since of urgency. Should've read the reviews before choosing this place. I would not recommend sending anyone you love or care for to this facility. They are just going through the motions waiting for the shift to be over.

Please read all the one star reviews! My 59 year old husband went there on a Tuesday for respite care while I went out of town. He needs help with all ADLs. Tuesday night I face timed him, he was flat on his back and said he'd been that way all day. No one took him to rest room or dining facility. He laid there in soiled depends. The next day my family went to see him- still laying there flat on his back in all of yesterdays clothes. They agreed to change him , but not shower him, and said he'd had been in bed because the physical therapist needs to train them/ staff on how to transfer him( yes he needs help but he can assist- it's not that hard). Staff brought him a whole hotdog for lunch, in his room, and left. He is prone to choking- they didn't care, nor did they cut it for him. When my family left they taped a note at the bedside to keep his bed elevated for breathing . By Thursday morning, he was dead. He lay there FLAT on his back in Wednesdays clothes. They said the bed was flat so they can do CPR. Who does CPR on a bed? Apparently Healthcare resort does. I read other reviews and I see similar concerns. Don't be fooled by their lip service. MY HUSBAND DIED!! Get your loved ones out of there.they don't deserve even the one star but it's the only way to get the word out

The staff is over worked. Morale is low. They complain in the the the patients. The doctor never did exams me, or spend any quality time with me. The social worker offers the best lip service a person can. They know how to "handle" someone. Care for them? Not unless it's life or death, and I'm not even sure.
