Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the care my mother has received through the years at this center. Everyone from leadership, social workers, nurses and assistants have treated my mother with the upmost love and continued support. This includes not just her physical needs but emotional ones as well. My mother has early onset dementia and I (daughter/conservator) live 4 hours away in Birmingham. I have learned to trust and lean on the staff so much through the years because they know her the best. They care for my mother day in and day out. They help her through difficult days and celebrate her victories. They have, in a sense, become family to me. They are thorough, diligent and consistent. I know that if I have a concern or question it will be addressed promptly and with care. The Health Center at Standifer Place has offered me such peace of mind regarding my mother. Forever grateful.

Staniford place has given my mom the care and help she needs as an elder adult. She has been in the care of them for a few months and has shown significant improvement in her health. They provide meals, therapies and the socialization she requires to live a healthy functioning life. She struggles with daily care needs and the facility has helped her feel more independent while providing consistency and help when needed. I can’t thank the nurses and staff enough for helping to save my mom and provide the care so she needs. Highly appreciated and forever grateful.

This place is awful my mom I know can be a tad bit difficult but it gives them the right to leave my mother in her feces and urine? My mother calls me frequently crying and screaming saying she is ignored left in her incontinence and all the administrator does is take up for her cnas my coworkers have told me to get my mom out of this place and my plan is just that DO NOT send your relative here.. I don’t see how this place ain’t shut down by now …
