I can’t say enough good things about The Havens Assisted Living and the care they provided for my mom. From the time she arrived, she was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and respect, and it truly felt like she became part of a caring family rather than just a resident. Even as we reflect after her passing, we find so much comfort in knowing she was in such loving and attentive hands. The staff took the time to know her, check in on her, and make sure she was comfortable and cared for each day. That personal attention meant everything to both her and our family. We are deeply grateful for the warmth, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone at The Havens. Knowing she spent her time there surrounded by people who truly cared brings us lasting peace. I highly recommend The Havens.

My mom has never been happier best thing I ever did for her. She gets good care and is in activities that keep her going. The staff is great 😀

The mental health care (Alzheimer's) ward needs more frequent, thorough, and detailed cleaning. Last weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) we visited our relative. Every day, as soon as we passed through the security door, the smell of urine was overwhelming. Furthermore, the pile of soiled, urine-scented laundry in my relative's room is unacceptable, not to mention that it creates an unhygienic, unsanitary, and unpleasant environment for the resident (patient), the staff, and visitors.<br>We expect immediate attention from the maintenance staff and a more detailed review of this situation.<br>People deserve to live, work, and visit a healthier place. Thanks!
