One word: Karma. This facility is everything wrong with for-profit rehab and nursing care. It’s old, poorly maintained, and clearly run as a money machine rather than a place meant to help vulnerable people heal. Staffing is bare-bones, basic needs are ignored, and the environment feels cheap and neglected, right down to things as simple as clean water. It’s honestly incomprehensible what goes on here. The focus seems to be on collecting Medicare dollars, not patient care. I wouldn’t send my dog here for boarding, let alone a loved one who needs medical or rehabilitative support. If this is part of the Complete Care chain, that alone should raise red flags. When corners are cut this aggressively, accountability eventually comes. The longer this kind of Medicare abuse continues, the harder the fall will be. This facility will be reported to Medicare. Families deserve better, and patients deserve dignity, not to be treated like line items on a billing sheet.
