We were visiting our nephew. The facility was lovely and clean. The staff I met were kind and cheerful. We especially enjoyed Shanique helping us with our family party.

Wonderful facility!! I know those of you reading may find it hard to believe, but I am so glad I didn’t listen to other’s. You must go and see for yourself. They took very good care of my mother, I saw it firsthand. Nursing was excellent, and the aides did a wonderful job also. Everyone is so friendly and they make it a priority to treat everyone as if they were a family member. The therapy department; the therapist they have are extremely skilled and really work hard to get people including my mom to where they’re supposed to be. As for the food, well that could use quite a bit of help, I’m sure it isn’t good in most places, but you’re not there for the food.. When you’re in a place for rehab, the two most important things are rehab and nursing and that’s what she got the best of. From reception to the social workers to the administrators, and even maintenance, I can’t complain everyone was very accommodating. Before anyone rushes to judgment on this place, you should give it a try, I did and I’m so glad I did. And in closing, I would just like to say, if you’re unhappy with something, speak up, because they would want to know so they can fix it, whatever it is. If they aren’t made aware of it and you just let it stew, that’s on you.. I will miss all of them, but they did the job they were supposed to do with my mom. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

While I was at complete care at holiday city, this was my second stay, received the best all around medical care. Jonas, Gabrielle, Debbie, Donna, and the administrator Kyle, made my stay great and helped me in my recovery.

My husband recently had a wonderful recuperation stay at C. C. Holiday City after his hospital stay. Choosing this facility was an excellent decision. He received outstanding care, which seems to be the norm for all residents. The facilities are inviting, and the staff is truly dedicated. Our social worker, Ashley, provided exceptional support, even arranging for an extended stay if needed. Dana, the Director of Nursing, was always available to answer our questions and concerns. His full-time nurse ensured all his medical needs were met, and all the aides made his stay incredibly comfortable. We're so grateful to you all. 🙏💖 Outstanding!

My husband food had to be chopped and never done. If you decide to put your love one in this facility make sure you are present daily. My husband could of aspirated on his food. Pull ups are not changed daily. Spoke to the director 2 times and said he would look into my concerns. I even took pictures to backup my concerns. Next thing I know husband is being discharged. I did report them to the board of health and the OMBUDSMAN. Bathrooms are not cleaned daily feces by the toilet etc I feel that nothing is going to be done about my concerns but I will keep up my concerns. If you can bring your love ones home and hire someone or find a good agency Good luck
