Extremely disappointing experience. Staff were rude and curt the entire time. I asked several basic questions about care, staffing, and costs and got no real answers, just short, dismissive responses. Felt completely unwelcome and left with zero useful information. Would not recommend.

Update--Still 5 stars! Google would not let me write a new review, so I am adding to my first one.<br><br>My parents have been gone for two years, but I still do not think my parents could have been in more loving, caring hands than New Haven / Insignia (24/7, 365 days a year). My parents checked into Insignia just before the Covid lockdown. The staff kept us informed during those difficult months and set up ways to communicate and visit as soon as possible.<br><br>Even in 2022, they still took care to keep residents safe and healthy with health check-in protocols. I loved watching the staff hug, comfort, laugh with, and sweet talk both my mom and dad -- all while they navigated the challenges and changes in their lives. I am touched by the staff's love, care, and support of our entire family. It's not easy, but Insignia does it with grace (and hugs).<br><br>Best place around! I have known the director, Jodi, for many years and she is an amazing woman! Angelia is wonderful, too! They know how to take care of residents, families, and their staff as well. I love and miss The Haven gang!

The staff at The Haven was such a blessing to my Mom and I when we moved my Dad in. He was so well loved and cared for by them. Thankful to have them support us at the end of my Dad's life.
