I've been living in these apartments for a few years now, and I live very peacefully. I'm confident that whenever I encounter a problem here, I notify the office and they try to resolve it immediately. Especially now, with Cherisse Jones as manager, I think everything is going better!

The rent amount has always been an excellent deal and the residents are all very nice although there is a multiple language barrier. Now that we have a full-time manager he's doing a great job, and the grounds look much better than they did and we have an excellent maintenance guy. Overall a great place and good value.

The place looks lovely but the manager was very unprofessional. I applied in mid December ‘23 and the manager (Zachary Williams) told me that I qualified for an available unit that would be $900 dollars less than my current apartment. Awesome right! Paperwork was completed and he said that once everything was confirmed the unit was mine. At one point he asked for bank info. I sent that in straight away and he said it looked good. I get that it was holiday time and things might take a bit longer and I was patient, even willing to pay to break my current lease because I NEEDED that unit. Well, that’s when he ghosted me. I called and emailed SEVERAL times and got nothing in return. I called Avanath corporate and got nothing from them either. I just don’t get how they could dangle something like that in front of a low income senior. I was angry and frustrated, but decided if that’s how this place operates I don’t want/need to live there anyway. Maybe this was a one off and something happened internally, but damn be professional and have the decency to let a person know what’s going on.

It's affordable housing, so it depends on your income. You would have to apply to find out how much rent would be for you. BUT MARKET VALUE at the moment for a 2bed 1 bath is approx $1,750.00 or so....
