Pros: It’s quiet and people are friendly but mind their own business. Plenty of parking. Even for guests. There is a pantry that visits regularly. Nice washer room. Plenty of light for indoor plants. Income based rent. Good storage. Good sized rooms. Different activity rooms, a gym and a shared outdoor garden area. Pest control. Cons: Electric stove. No space heaters are allowed at all. Bathroom can stay too cool. Units may not heat and cool as well as desired. Phone/cell and internet service is a bit spotty here. There is no traffic light pulling in and out of the community. The safety at the entrance is questionable because of drivers who speed down the main road. Entrance is also a little confusing because of building next door. Paying the rent bill has been troublesome at times with a new system they have.
