Our rate is more affordable than nursing care homes, private caregivers and large assisted living facilities. Furthermore, we are a secured facility with 24 hour Awake Staff. We are located close to the beach, freeways, hospitals, doctor offices and shopping centers.

We make sure our residents receive the best quality care and feel like they are living at their own home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Gardens is a spacious, light-filled home that sits on a hill above the picturesque village of Carlsbad. The wonderful ocean views and refreshing breezes are surpassed by the love that pervades this home.

There are seven spacious bedrooms in this large home, which sits on an acre and a half of land that was formally an avocado grove. Yes, we often include our own avocados in the tasty meals the Staff prepares according to the Resident's individual preferences.

In addition to our own homemade soups and meals, there are days we will enjoy the simple pleasures of a takeoutburger or a complete turkey dinner with all the fixings from a local restaurant. Reading, watching TV or videos, working on puzzles, crafts, and walks around the grounds are always available to each Resident. A highlight is when we all sing together.

The Gardens in Carlsbad, CA, is a licensed facility for 15 residents. It provides quality care for seniors in a beautiful, resort-like setting. The staff has been employed by the Gardens between 7 and 18 years and gives tender loving care to each resident.

Services

The Gardens Assisted living offers safety and security 24- hours a day. Qualified personnel are on duty to address any need or situation of a resident. Assisted living facilities are designed with safety in mind. The well -designed layout is convenient for residents to establish a comfortable routine while still experiencing a personal home experience. Daily activities at Assisted Living encourage physical and mental wellness. The resident community experience will help to alleviate the pressures of living alone. Advanced nutrition services combined with contemporary wellness programs greatly increase overall physical and mental health.

Activities

During Spring and Summer, residents enjoy going out to lunch, trips to the beach, Oceanside Harbor, and Carlsbad's Flower Fields. Winter and Fall, the residents enjoy Fireside Chats and Movie Nights. Members of our Staff interface daily with each Guest assessing various needs or desires. Shopping for Guest's supplies such as stamps or writing pads is part of our service. Papers, Magazine and other articles of interest are provided for or read to Guests. Puzzles and word games are also part of the daily activity.
